The platform is provided "as is." We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur.
5. Limitation of Liability
Namma Radhapuram is not liable for: (a) Delays in complaint resolution by government agencies, (b) Misuse of the platform by third parties, (c) Data loss due to factors beyond our control.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Tamil Nadu. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Tirunelveli courts.
